This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms and procedures for returning products and claiming refunds when you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. 1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

1.1 Return Timeframe

You may initiate a return request within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product. Returns requested beyond this timeframe will not be accepted, and the products will be returned to you at your own expense.
For holiday season purchases (made between November 1st and December 25th each year), we offer an extended return period until January 31st of the following year to make your gifting experience stress-free.

1.2 Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return or refund, the products must meet the following conditions:
  • The products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • All accompanying accessories (such as chains, earring backs, gift boxes, certificates of authenticity) must be returned together with the main product.
  • Earrings are non-returnable once the hygiene seal has been removed, due to health and safety reasons.
  • Products that have been modified, resized, engraved, or customized by you or a third party are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless they are defective or do not match the customization requirements agreed upon in advance.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in cases of defects or errors on our part:

2. Return Procedures

2.1 Obtain Return Authorization

Before returning any products, you must first contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Returns sent without a valid RA Number will not be processed.

3. Shipping Cost Responsibility

3.1 Customer Responsibility

For returns initiated due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, dislike of the product, incorrect size chosen by the customer), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The original shipping cost paid for the order will not be refunded.

3.2 Our Responsibility

We will bear the return shipping cost if the return is caused by the following reasons:
  • The product is defective, damaged, or has quality issues when received.
  • We sent the wrong product (e.g., incorrect style, size, or color) or missing items.
  • The product does not match the description on our website.
In such cases, we will reimburse the return shipping cost up to a reasonable amount (with valid proof of postage) or provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refund Eligibility and Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned products (usually within 3-5 business days of receipt) and confirm they meet the return conditions, we will process the refund immediately. A restocking fee of 25% of the total purchase price will be deducted from the refund amount for the following cases:

5. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product for another available product on our website, you can initiate an exchange request within 30 days of delivery, following the same return procedures and product condition requirements as stated above.
The difference in price (if any) between the original product and the exchanged product will be settled as follows:
  • If the exchanged product is more expensive, you need to pay the price difference before we ship the new product.
  • If the exchanged product is cheaper, we will refund the price difference to you via the original payment method.
